  • Google Calendar access (only with your explicit permission)
  • We request access to your calendar solely to create and manage events on your behalf when you connect Google Calendar with our platform.

  • Assist businesses in qualifying and profiling leads
  • Schedule meetings using your Google Calendar when you authorize it
  • Improve the performance and experience of our chatbot

Google Calendar Access

We only use calendar access to:

  • Create, modify, or cancel events that help schedule calls between you and a business
  • Never view, read, or share any other existing calendar entries
  • Never use your calendar data for advertising or analytics

Data Retention

  • Chat and lead interaction data is retained securely for up to 180 days to assist businesses in follow-up and analysis.
  • Calendar-related actions (event creation or cancellation) are logged only for system audit and troubleshooting, if needed.

Your Right to Delete

You can request deletion of your chat history or revoke calendar access at any time.

  • To revoke Google Calendar access, you can also remove our app via your Google Account App Permissions

We will process your request within 5 business days.
